7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FENRISS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, ChatKraken, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if FENRISS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FENRISS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of ChatKraken or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Termination

FENRISS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to ChatKraken, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use ChatKraken will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Aix-en-Provence, France, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
